We are seeking a Sales Manager with a startup mindset, to hire, lead, coach and mentor a team of Account Executive. In this role you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of Account Executives, establishing team kpis and sales goals, and exceeding revenue targets to execute on Tribal's high growth OKR initiatives. This position is 100% remote, based in Peru, and will report to the Head of Sales.

- Hire, onboard, coach and develop talent to build a team of Account Executive rockstars.
- Manage a team of incredibly ambitious and diverse sales professionals.
- Develop revenue, activity, and market share objectives for sales team
- Review and report on sales team activity; including monthly/quarterly/yearly production actuals vs targets
- Attend sales calls with Account Executives
- Identify and monitor market trends and competitors actions in order to gain the competitive advantage
- Meet weekly with each team member to coach on sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and to discuss/plan career development to accelerate career progression.
- Consistently innovate to keep the team's strategy, processes and methodologies agile and ahead of the market.
- Collaborate and align with the Credit, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to drive the revenue and talent pipeline of the business.
**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor B2B sales experience with track record of consistently achieving quota
- 2+ years of experience in people management skills; Eager to grow a diverse sales team
- Sales experience, ideally in Finance, Fintech, Banking, SaaS. Track record of cultivating strong relationships across customers, business partners, and peers.
- Experience managing and closing large amount of complex sales cycles across C-Level
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Analytically driven and comfortable identifying growth opportunities using data.
- Startup mentality - you move quickly, think strategically, and are motivated to go above and beyond.
- Demonstrable ability to be proactive and creative with sales pipeline development.
- Prowess in working cross-functionally with key partners in customer-facing and non customer facing roles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
