**Location**: Lima, Peru

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.based leader in home remodeling, is seeking a skilled Drafter to support our architectural and design teams. **The Drafter** will play a crucial role in preparing accurate technical drawings and plans that adhere to project specifications and U.S. construction standards. This position requires precision, creativity, and excellent organizational skills.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and architectural plans using CAD software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
- Work closely with designers and project managers to translate concepts into executable plans.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining project workflows in company platforms, such as Buildertrend.
- Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback or project adjustments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with U.S. construction codes and remodeling standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage and organize drawing files, maintaining accuracy and version control.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
- **Minimum 2 years** of professional experience as a Drafter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **CAD software** (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. construction and remodeling standards is a plus.
- Must reside in Lima, Peru.

**Technical Requirements**:

- A **reliable internet connection** (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

**Preferred**:

- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in U.S. construction or interior design projects.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Monthly Salary**: S/. 2,050 during the 3-month trial period, increasing to **S/. 2,550** after the trial period.
- **Half-month salary bonuses** in July and December.
- **Paid U.S. holidays.**:

- **Paid vacations.**
