**About the role**

As an Analytics & Insights Assistant you will allow Supervisors to have visibility of their KPIs, identify improvement points among their members and promote data driven decision making within CX, promotes efficiency and performace control over internal CX operations and keep in touch with stakeholders. The main responsabilices are:
1.Assist with CX Operations Reporting to monitor the operation status
2.Provide Visibility regarding individual agent performance and metrics to provide feecdback to the agents
3.Set the weekly agent schedules and configuration on access control tools
4. Monitor Urgency SLA Breach Cases and provides root cause visibility
5. Supports team requests to provide information to external stakeholders

**What you'll need to have**:
Basic in SQL desired
G-suite proficiency
CRM Tools Understanding (Zendesk, Kustomer, Freshdesk)
Student or bachelor degree on business, engeneering or similar
+1 years working experience
B1 English Level

Functional knowledge:
Data analysis
Critical thinking
