Job Description:
As a VA Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients seeking services and assistance at the primary clinic. You will handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate various systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Information Provision: Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, appointment scheduling, and other VA-related inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Assist veterans in resolving issues related to their care, benefits, and other VA services.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the appropriate systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other clinic staff, healthcare providers, and VA departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Compliance: Adhere to all VA policies, procedures, and regulations regarding patient privacy and data security.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or veteran services environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate and use various computer systems and databases.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of VA benefits and services is a plus.
- Attributes: Empathetic, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Pay: S/.275.59 - S/.393.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
