As MOD continues expanding across Latin America, we’re seeking a tech-forward, high-energy Office Operations Manager based in Lima, Peru—a rising professional ready to lead across operations and HR with office management experience while being extremely innovative.
**About the Role**:
This is not a typical office manager—it’s a hybrid leadership role combining HR, Operations, and Office Administration into one exciting position. You’ll be at the center of MOD’s Latin America operations, managing people, systems, and processes that power our growing organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily office operations and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
- Support HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to manage client-staff alignment and performance tracking.
- Develop systems and processes that streamline communication and improve efficiency.
- Manage vendors, facilities, and office logistics to ensure a high-performing environment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Champion company culture—be the bridge between our team, clients, and leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR, office administration, or operations.
- Fully fluent written and spoken English (Preferably C2 Level).
- Advanced tech proficiency—comfortable using ERP and Sales Platforms like Slack, MS Office, Google Workspace, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
