CL Selection: Head Hunters, empresa consultora especializada en la búsqueda directa de ejecutivos de Gerencia Media, posiciones especializadas y puestos de entrada de alto potencial, cuenta con un cliente muy importante, que se encuentra en la búsqueda de un:
SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER
Principales responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y entregar sistemas complejos. Manejar procesos de innovación y responsable de identificar áreas de mejora continua de ciclo de vida de desarrollo de productos. Operar con escala y velocidad en medio del flujo.
- Establecer prácticas recomendadas para el desarrollo y promover su adopción y, al mismo tiempo, diseñar arquitectónica y técnicamente soluciones robustas flexibles y escalables.
- Desarrolle hojas de ruta para el crecimiento del sistema y del producto, y luego asegúrese de ejecución y entrega de calidad.
- Centrarse en los detalles del desarrollo, diseño, implementación y depuración
- Tener alta competencia técnica, sólida formación técnica con pista registro de logros técnicos individuales - Capacidad para desempeñar el papel de arquitecto para el equipo.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachiller Ingeniería de sistemas, Computación, Informática o afines
- Inglés **avanzado - **capacidad para reportar al extranjero en inglés
- Experiência en desarrollo y arquitectura, fullstack (no paginas web), integración de sistemas y aplicaciones con NodeJS (3 años)
- 7 años de experiência liderando distintos equipos - Conocimiento de Angular y Scrum
- Experiência en desarrollo back-end web escalable, streaming, fullstack
- Experiência en el manejo de problemas de producción y rendimiento y todos géneros de tecnologías de plataformas
- Comprensión profunda de las tecnologías y la arquitectura en un entorno altamente escalable
- Experiência con sistemas complejos basados en web/escritorio
- Experiência tratando con empresas altamente transaccionales y relacionales
- Experiência en la contratación y crecimiento de un equipo de ingeniería de primer nível,
- Experiência de puesta en marcha de un equipo (Deseable)
- Comprensión sólida de aplicación de la tecnología para implementar y simplificar procesos comerciales
- Experiência práctica en el desarrollo, diseño y escalado de sistemas complejos tanto horizontal como verticalmente
- Experiência en start-ups basadas en productos
- Experiência con SAAS
