The Role
We're looking for a
freelance Website Designer / Web Developer
to support website projects for U.S.-based clients. This is a
remote, project-based role
, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. You'll work alongside our strategy and design team to turn business goals into clear, functional, and well-structured websites.
This role is for someone who understands that a website is
a business tool
, not just a visual deliverable.
What You'll Do
- Design and build responsive websites aligned with brand and business goals
- Translate wireframes, design systems, or briefs into functional web pages
- Work with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Ensure clean structure, usability, and basic performance best practices
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to refine layouts and content flow
- Implement updates, revisions, and basic optimizations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in
website design and development - Strong knowledge of
WordPress
(themes, builders, basic customization) - Understanding of
UX/UI fundamentals
and responsive design - Basic to medium conversational English
(written and spoken) - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Comfort collaborating remotely and receiving feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Understanding of conversion-focused or marketing websites
