Intake Specialist

Availability from 8pm-8am

About the Role

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Specialist
to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for potential clients and ensuring accurate information is collected for case evaluation. You will serve as the initial point of contact, gathering essential details and coordinating with attorneys, case managers, and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and documentation.
  • Enter client information accurately into the case management system.
  • Assess case eligibility based on firm guidelines and escalate qualified cases to attorneys or case managers.
  • Schedule consultations and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth intake process.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    High school diploma.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of consecutive experience in sales or customer service (sales-oriented required).
  • Previous law firm or legal experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong sales skills, empathetic tone, and professional call handling.
  • Excellent English proficiency (clear pronunciation, minimal accent).
  • Bilingual required (English fluency essential).
  • High energy, clarity, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Genesis and Litify (Salesforce-based) platforms is a plus.
