Job Description

In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.

How You Will Contribute
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

  • Titulado o Bachiller Universitario relacionado con la industria alimentaria, química, industrial, o carreras afines, con experiencia en Seguridad Alimentaria/Inocuidad en consumo masivo o industria alimentaria.
  • Experiencia mínima 3 años en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia en la implementación y consistencia de normas ISO 9001 y FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC (opcional) u otros sistemas GFSI, 5S, elaboración de análisis causa raíz.
  • Experiencia en la gestión y manejo de MIP, limpiezas y sanitización, alérgenos, zonificación, materiales extraños, BPM, Suministros, diseño sanitario, manejo de proveedores.
  • Experiencia en despliegue de capability, programas de entrenamiento al personal.
  • Experiencia en atención de auditorías externas DIGESA.
  • Experiencia en implementación y/o gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento en microbiología.
  • Manejo de power BI, herramientas Microsoft 365 a nivel avanzado.
  • Inglés nivel avanzado (indispensable).
  • Auditor interno (indispensable).
