We already operate across multiple markets and are building our dream marketing team. Now we're looking for a
Marketing Analyst LATAM (based in Lima, Peru)
to join us and support regional campaigns, content, and activations.

The Role

As our
Marketing Analyst LATAM
, you'll be on the front line of execution.

You'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns, manage content workflows, coordinate with agencies, and help amplify YaVendió's presence across Spanish-speaking markets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and adapt social media content calendars for LatAm (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Support the execution of campaigns and influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate with agencies (creative, paid media, PR) for deliverables.
  • Track and report basic marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, sign-ups).
  • Help organize brand activations & events in the region.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in
    Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    social media management
    and
    campaign execution
    .
  • Experience coordinating with
    agencies or freelancers
    .
  • Organized, hands-on, and proactive
    .
  • Native Spanish + Advanced English
    (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Passion for
    AI, startups, and digital innovation
    .
