Paid Media Specialist
con experiencia comprobada gestionando campañas de alto impacto en
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Google Ads
, con enfoque en performance, análisis de datos y optimización continua.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Google Ads.
- Analizar métricas clave: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversiones y embudos.
- Crear y mantener dashboards en
Google Looker Studio
para reportes claros y accionables. - Proponer mejoras estratégicas basadas en data.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo creativo y de estrategia.
- Escalar campañas de clientes en distintos rubros (servicios, ecommerce, marcas personales).
- Realizar estrategias de paid media adaptadas a cada industria.
REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES
- Experiencia comprobada en Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y Google Ads.
- Dominio
indispensable
de Google Looker Studio. - Capacidad analítica y enfoque en resultados.
- Experiencia optimizando campañas con presupuestos reales.
- Autonomía, orden y buena comunicación en entornos remotos.

- Conocimientos de automatización y tracking.
- Haber trabajado con agencias o múltiples cuentas.
