Summary

Paysafe is looking for a strategic and inclusive Senior Product Leader to guide the vision, development, and market execution of our White-Labeled Wallet across key verticals. This high-impact role will shape long-term product direction, foster diverse and cross-functional collaboration, and drive innovation in the fintech space with a strong focus on Latin America. We're seeking someone who thrives in collaborative environments and values different perspectives to build solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and expansion of the PagoEfectivo Wallet, scaling from Peru into new LATAM markets and driving the Paysafe and PagoEfectivo brands across the region.
• Analyze market conditions and product trends (internally and externally) to assess market demand, company competitiveness, and revenue opportunity, with a focus on LATAM financial services and payout wallets.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure successful product development and launch across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure an optimal and intuitive user experience for the PagoEfectivo Wallet and its white-label extensions. Gather user feedback and iterate on design improvements.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, LATAM market trends, and business objectives. Provide full transparency to the organization while ensuring alignment with corporate and financial goals.
• Serve as project management lead for new market launches, establishing organizational processes/standards cross-functionally within Paysafe and its subsidiaries.
• Manage multiple country rollouts and initiatives with competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, challenging environment.
• Create and develop product strategy presentations highlighting LATAM growth opportunities, communicating progress to executive and regional stakeholders.
• Lead go-to-market strategies including, but not limited to, operational support, merchant adoption, channel launches, and sales enablement for the PagoEfectivo Wallet.
• Serve as technical SME for LATAM wallet products and value-added services, positioning PagoEfectivo as a flagship case for Paysafe's expansion.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent education, or experience in lieu of degree required; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 6+ years experience in product marketing or management, required.
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Services or Payments, with exposure to digital wallets, payouts, or embedded finance.
• Track record of launching or scaling products in LATAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data-driven decision-making tools
