La posición es clave para liderar la estrategia digital interna de la agencia, optimizar performance y escalar resultados a través de campañas, automatización y análisis.

Buscamos a alguien que piense en funnels, datos y crecimiento… pero que también ejecute sin excusas.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar y optimizar la estrategia digital interna de la agencia.
  • Gestión y optimización de campañas Paid (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads y Google Ads).
  • Gestión de SEO técnico y generación de contenido mensual (deseable).
  • Actualización de sitio web, portafolio y landing pages.
  • Desarrollo de casos de éxito (redacción + coordinación audiovisual).
  • Implementación de automatizaciones y gestión de CRM (HubSpot).
  • Coordinación con especialistas externos (SEO, planner, filmmaker).
  • Análisis de resultados y reporte mensual de performance.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con el equipo.

Perfil ideal

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia
    en marketing digital.
  • Sólido manejo de
    Paid Media, SEO, SEM y funnel marketing
    .
  • Experiencia con
    CRM (HubSpot)
    .
  • Conocimientos básicos de diseño y edición (Canva / Adobe).
  • Manejo de herramientas de IA
    aplicadas a marketing y productividad.
  • Perfil resolutivo, ejecutor y orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidad de pensar estratégicamente y ejecutar operativamente.
