Marketing/ Administrative Assistant
to join our company

La modalidad de contratación es planilla completa bajo regimen general.

JORNADA LABORAL

* Es un trabajo remoto.

Lunes a Viernes de 9am a 1pm (Peru)

Te cuento un poco sobre el puesto y las tareas:

Administrative & Scheduling Support

· Manage calendar and schedule meetings with clients, prospects, and vendors

· Send follow-up emails and make light follow-up calls to confirm meetings or check in with warm leads

· Maintain contact records and simple CRM entries (training available)

Marketing & Research

· Conduct research for upcoming conferences and speaking opportunities

· Coordinate follow-ups and outreach post-events or webinars

· Help manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn and Facebook primarily)

· Assist with formatting newsletters, outreach messages, or presentations

Sales & Client Engagement

· Support outreach to new and existing contacts (some warm prospecting)

· Prepare email drafts and conversation prompts for Cherise's review

· Represent Echo Consulting professionally in email and phone communications

Requirements

ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL

· 2+ years in a professional administrative, marketing, or client-facing roles

. Experience coordinating events and workshops and general event marketing – helping fill seats through outreach, flyers, community calendars, partnerships, and other grassroots marketing strategies.

· Independent, resourceful, and able to take initiative with minimal oversight

· Comfortable working remotely, with occasional meetings via Zoom or phone
