Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in day-to-day project operations. In this project-based role, you will help manage logistics, maintain project momentum, and facilitate effective communication across distributed teams.

This position is ideal for individuals with project coordination, technical background, who want to further develop their project management skills in a fast-growing AI environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in the development, tracking, and execution of project plans following Agile methodologies.
  • Coordinate and organize project tasks, resource allocation, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.).
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
  • Assist with project logistics, communication flows, and operational workflows to keep projects running efficiently.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication among remote team members and stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Support basic reporting, task updates, and the use of project tracking tools.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English
    , with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational understanding of
    AI, ML concepts, or data-related domains.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or involvement in project-based work (academic, professional, or internships) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and strong self-management skills.
  • Ability to work between 3–8 hours daily, including occasional weekends based on project needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Availability to work in PST/EST time zones.
