This role is ideal for candidates across LATAM who have strong communication skills (English + Spanish required), experience supporting remote teams, and a passion for education and people operations.

  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred (Papaya serves many bilingual communities).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
