SAP Consultant – HCM and SuccessFactors
Location: Lima, Peru
Requirements
- Professional with extensive experience of more than 5 years in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA consulting, specializing in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules; certification is desirable.
- Preferably with consulting experience for industrial, mining, and oil & gas companies.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Management, Time Management (negative and positive time evaluation, attendance control, absence management), Talent Management, and industrial safety processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Experience advising HR management and interacting at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to payroll, HR, talent, and related areas.
- Lead and manage implementation and/or improvement projects for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including integration with other SAP modules and external solutions.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business scope definitions and quality standards during implementation.
- Prepare documentation for process mapping and user requirements.
- Propose innovative projects to improve processes using technology.
- Develop and present implementation projects and evaluations of HR solutions in SAP.
