PROJECT COORDINATOR – INTERIOR REMODELING

Location: Lima, Peru (on-site)

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Interior Remodeling to support the Project Management department across all active projects.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring project accuracy, documentation integrity, cost tracking, and effective coordination between departments.

This role's mission is to maintain the flow of project information, prevent data loss during handovers, and support Project Managers by keeping documentation, schedules, budgets, and permits fully updated and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain all project documentation from start to closeout.
• Monitor project costs and update budgets, ensuring alignment with original estimates.
• Create and maintain breakdowns of estimates and financial tracking sheets.
• Update and maintain the Project Master File for all active projects.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Department to support handovers and eliminate information gaps.
• Assist in permitting processes by managing required documentation.
• Update project schedules and progress information in JobNimbus/Buildertrend or similar tools.
• Communicate status updates and gather missing information from internal stakeholders (Design, Estimation, Sales, Logistics, Billing, etc.).
• Organize, classify, and maintain digital records for accuracy and traceability.
• Support continuous improvement of internal project coordination workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or construction-related roles.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English level (B2–C1).
• Familiarity with JobNimbus, Buildertrend, or related project management tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Compensation & Terms

• Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site (Lima, Peru) under Peruvian MYPE payroll.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with EST hours.
• Monthly Salary: PEN 3,000 gross.
