Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager role located in Lima. The Senior Manager will oversee strategic planning and execution of projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives aligned with the company's vision. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing processes, analyzing performance data, and contributing to business growth strategies. The candidate will also play a key role in team management, fostering collaboration, and achieving operational goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership capabilities, team management, and project oversight experience.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lima and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing large projects or portfolios in real estate, investment, or financial industries.
