As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented, bilingual Virtual Assistant / Sales Development Representative (VA/SDR) based in Colombia to join our expanding team and support dental, orthodontic, and healthcare providers in the U.S.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant / Sales Development Representative (VA/SDR), you will play a critical role in patient engagement, lead conversion, and appointment scheduling for healthcare providers in the U.S. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals with experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare patient communication who are looking for a career opportunity with growth potential in an international healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Outreach & Lead Management

  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to new leads, existing patients, and inactive patients
  • Reactivate dormant patients and convert leads into booked consultations
  • Respond quickly to new inquiries and move opportunities through the sales pipeline

CRM Management

  • Work inside our CRM systems (GoHighLevel / Practice Beacon) to manage patient interactions
  • Use CRM Power Dialer, SMS messaging, and calendar scheduling tools efficiently
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records and pipeline stages

Patient Engagement & Conversion

  • Serve as a professional, empathetic liaison between patients and healthcare providers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, confident phone presence
  • Guide patients through the consultation booking process with clear communication

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare patient calls
  • Proven ability to handle outbound follow-ups, reactivations, and lead conversions
  • Strong understanding of patient communication and appointment scheduling

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) with excellent phone presence

Technical & Personal Requirements:

  • Must reside in Latam and be available to work U.S. time zones
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, Practice Beacon, or similar)
  • Proficient with technology: Power Dialers, SMS systems, calendar tools, and basic software
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private home workspace
