Tu objetivo principal será:

Labentana es el área de innovación de Interbank, donde transformamos ideas en soluciones que impactan a millones de peruanos. Trabajamos en POCs, pilotos y MVPs de alto potencial que luego se transfieren al negocio para su escalamiento. Buscamos personas flexibles y autodidactas, que disfruten retar el status quo y prefieran probar antes de tener todo 100% claro. Si te motiva aprender constantemente y trabajar en proyectos que van desde GenAI hasta Cripto/Blockchain, este es tu lugar.

Como Digital Innovation Specialist serás parte de un equipo enfocado en construir y validar soluciones innovadoras. Tu rol combinará habilidades técnicas con la capacidad de gestionar proyectos de forma autónoma, participando en iniciativas que van desde asistentes conversacionales con IA hasta plataformas de activos digitales.
 

¿Cómo lo lograrás?


•    Desarrollar POCs y pilotos utilizando Python (FastAPI, Streamlit) y servicios de Azure

•    Implementar soluciones en Azure Cloud (AI Foundry, Functions, Storage, App Service)

•    Colaborar con el equipo en proyectos de innovación

•    Investigar y proponer nuevas tecnologías aplicables a los retos del negocio

•    Documentar soluciones y compartir conocimiento con el equipo

•    Participar en tareas diversas propias de un área de innovación (no limitadas al desarrollo backend)

•    Bonus: Conocimiento de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?


•    Experiencia sólida en Python y frameworks como FastAPI y/o Streamlit

•    Conocimiento de Azure Cloud, especialmente: AI Foundry, Functions, Storage y App Service

•    Experiencia con APIs RESTful y arquitecturas de microservicios

•    Familiaridad con control de versiones (Git) y metodologías ágiles

•    Inglés intermedio o avanzado (lectura técnica y comunicación básica)

Deseable (No Excluyente)

•    Interés o experiencia en GenAI: LLMs, agentes conversacionales, RAG, prompting

•    Interés o experiencia en Cripto/Blockchain: Conceptos básicos, wallets, smart contracts

•    Experiencia en desarrollo mobile (iOS / Android / Flutter)

•    Experiencia previa en startups o áreas de innovación

•    Portafolio de proyectos personales o contribuciones a comunidades tech
