Job Title
Customer Experience Consultant – SCM
Purpose of the Role
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing end-to-end SCM processes, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
- Manage daily communication with strategic customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and update systems to maintain shipment visibility and traceability.
- Analyze and resolve incidents promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in performance reviews and improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics services.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years in international logistics, customer service, or account management. Reefer experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Digital proficiency (Excel, Power BI, SCM platforms).
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Language: Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
