Channel Representative (Temporary – Maternity Leave Backfill)
Overall Description:
The Channel Rep will focus in selling products to assigned Business Partners (Channel Partners) located in Lima, successfully executing and strengthening Small Medium Businesses Cross selling strategy (PC's, Servers, Software and Services).
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Develops commercial opportunities through assigned business partners and clients.
- Under direct manager supervision, this role will develop sales business partners relationship strategy to increase product sales growth and expand market share.
- Account management: identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase 'wallet share' within assigned business partners and clients.
- Understand assigned business partner's business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo products and/or solutions to help business partners and clients to meet their business objectives.
- Responsible of business growth and development of assigned business partners through the Lenovo Channel Program and Tools.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Administration, Marketing, Information Technologies or similar careers.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in account management (corporate or channel sales in HW Technology industry).
- Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English.

* Client orientation and highly developed win-win mentality.
* Negotiation skills are an essential requirement.
* Excellent communication skills (persuasive sales communication is a must).
* Strong organizational and planning skills and a working knowledge of the IT Industry.
* Analytical thinking and problem resolution oriented.
* High accountability and self-motivation (able to work independently with little supervision).
