Estamos buscando un/a Gestor/a de Revenue para propiedades de estancias cortas y largas
¿Tienes experiencia en el sector hotelero o en apartamentos turísticos y te apasiona la estrategia de precios? Esta es tu oportunidad para liderar la rentabilidad de propiedades gestionadas a través de plataformas como Airbnb.
Ubicación:
Remoto (con horarios según país)
Horario:
- Lunes a viernes de 6:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
- Lunes a viernes de 4:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m.
- Lunes a viernes de 3:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
- (Horarios sujetos a cambios por ajustes locales)
Responsabilidades:
- Definir y ejecutar estrategias de precios para maximizar ingresos y ocupación.
- Ajustar tarifas, inventarios y restricciones según demanda, competencia y eventos locales.
- Identificar fechas clave y aplicar promociones, descuentos y paquetes.
- Gestionar propiedades en Airbnb y realizar ajustes manuales en tarifas.
- Proponer modelos predictivos basados en el potencial de cada propiedad.
- Realizar análisis en Excel y aplicar ingeniería inversa al algoritmo de Airbnb.
Requisitos:
- 2–3 años de experiencia en Revenue Management en hoteles, apartamentos turísticos o sector hospitality.
- Formación en áreas relacionadas (idealmente con estudios especializados en Revenue).
- Dominio de Excel; conocimientos en Power BI o Looker Studio son un plus.
- Español fluido.
- Perfil proactivo, analítico y orientado a resultados.
