WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT We are currently looking for a FINANCE CONTROLLER LARO POSITION PURPOSE: The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring full accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company's statutory financial reporting, tax obligations, payroll, social security filings, and HQ financial reporting. The role acts as legal accounting representative for Peru, responsible for certification and maintenance of statutory books under: Peruvian GAAP (PCGA Peru) / IFRS for Group consolidation / SUNAT regulations (IGV, Renta, PLE, PDTs, Detracciones/Percepciones/Retenciones). Labor and social security obligations (EsSalud, ONP/AFP, CTS, Gratificaciones). The Controller ensures effective internal controls, statutory compliance, transfer pricing alignment, audit readiness, and precise Oracle GFS reporting. The position is the main point of contact between PIL Peru, external auditors, tax advisors, LARO, and HQ (Singapore). SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Contador Público Colegiado strongly preferred). 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, tax, external audit, or controlling. Strong knowledge of: PCGA Peru / IFRS SUNAT regulations: IGV, Renta, PLE, detracciones, percepciones, retenciones Payroll & social security compliance (EsSalud, AFP/ONP, CTS, PLAME) Experience in multinational environments (shipping/logistics preferred). ERP proficiency: Oracle, SAP, or similar (Oracle preferred). Advanced Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
