Buscamos Appointment Setter – Part-time

En B2B Growth Latam, seguimos expandiendo nuestro equipo regional de ventas B2B.

Estamos buscando un Appointment Setter part-time (4h diarias) para sumarse a la operación en Perú y acompañar a nuestros clientes en su crecimiento comercial.

Tu misión:

Identificar, contactar y calificar empresas B2B, generando oportunidades de negocio reales (reuniones calificadas) para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades principales:

Buscar e identificar decisores en empresas target.

Contactarlos por mail, LinkedIn y principalmente teléfono siguiendo nuestros flujos.

Calificar el interés y coordinar reuniones con el equipo comercial.

Mantener registros actualizados y reportar avances.

Lo que valoramos:

Experiencia previa como SDR en ventas B2B o roles comerciales.

Habilidades de comunicación telefónica.

Capacidad de organización y seguimiento.

Autonomía, responsabilidad y mentalidad orientada a resultados.

Modalidad: Remota

Jornada: Part-time (4h diarias, horario flexible pero con necesidad de llamadas en horario de oficinas.)
