Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:

  • 3 years of experience as a business partner in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to influence workplace culture.

Soft Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills to persuade and influence.
  • Adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
  • Ability to set priorities and deliver commitments.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in a multicultural and diverse environment.
