Sales Supervisor – BPO Environment Location~ On-site | San Isidro, Lima Schedule~ Monday to Friday | 8~00 AM – 6~00 PM
About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a BPO / Call Center environment . This role is key to achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction , and ensuring operational excellence. You'll act as a bridge between frontline agents and senior management, driving performance and engagement .
Team Leadership & Coaching Supervise daily sales operations and agent activities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to boost performance Motivate and inspire the team to exceed sales goals
Performance Management Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, call quality & adherence Deliver regular feedback and corrective action plans Analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Operational Oversight Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and client requirements Manage scheduling, attendance, and agent adherence Handle escalated customer issues and ensure fast resolution
Sales Strategy Execution Execute sales campaigns and initiatives from management Align team efforts with organizational sales goals Suggest ideas to improve processes and customer engagement
Engagement & Development Plan team-building and engagement activities Support professional growth through training & mentorship Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture
Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for client communication and escalations Build strong client relationships by meeting or exceeding expectations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly & quarterly sales target attainment Improved agent productivity and conversion rates Reduced absenteeism and adherence issues High customer satisfaction & QA scores
Qualifications & Skills
Experience Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in a BPO sales operation
Skills
Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal abilities Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools & MS Office Results-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments C1+ English level
