Medical Care Coordinator – Personal Injury Law Firm Bilingüe

Buscamos un Medical Care Coordinator altamente organizado y empático para unirse a nuestro equipo en un bufete de lesiones personales. Serás el puente entre la recuperación física de nuestros clientes y su caso legal, asegurando que reciban la atención médica necesaria mientras documentas cuidadosamente cada paso para apoyar al equipo jurídico.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar y programar citas médicas, terapias y estudios de imagen.
  • Ser el punto de contacto principal para clientes respecto a su tratamiento y progreso.
  • Mantener comunicación con médicos, especialistas y proveedores de salud para garantizar continuidad en la atención.
  • Solicitar, organizar y auditar expedientes médicos, facturación y cartas de protección (LOPs).
  • Verificar y dar seguimiento a gravámenes médicos para apoyar negociaciones legales.

Requisitos

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en clínica médica, consultorio quiropráctico o firma legal.
  • Conocimiento básico de terminología médica y tratamientos comunes en lesiones personales (PT, MRI, inyecciones).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y empatía con clientes lesionados.
  • Capacidad para manejar un alto volumen de casos (50+).
  • Manejo de software de gestión de casos (Filevine, Clio, Litify) y Microsoft Office.
  • Actitud positiva y energía para brindar apoyo en momentos difíciles.
