¿Qué harás en estos roles?
Brindar atención personalizada a clientes de carga internacional.
Gestionar y dar seguimiento a embarques marítimos y aéreos (importación y exportación), desde origen hasta entrega final.
Coordinar con agentes, navieras, aerolíneas y transportistas.
Elaborar y enviar cotizaciones a la cartera asignada, realizando seguimiento y feedback.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales.
Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante análisis de escenarios y llamadas comerciales (cold calls).
Resolver de forma proactiva incidencias, reclamos o desviaciones del servicio.
Registrar instrucciones de embarque, compras y ventas en el sistema.
Cumplir objetivos comerciales mediante una adecuada gestión del pipeline de ventas.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Profesional o egresado/a de Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Administración o afines.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares (Customer Service y/o Inside Sales en freight forwarding).
Experiencia en embarques marítimos y aéreos.
Experiencia en cotizaciones y atención comercial.
Alta orientación al cliente, vocación de servicio e iniciativa.
Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
Organización y buena gestión del tiempo.
Inglés intermedio a avanzado.
