¿QUÉ HARÁS?

Como 
Assistant Engineer
 serás pieza clave en nuestro equipo de Ingeniería de Procesos, trabajando en proyectos retadores tanto para MEZCLAS PERU como para nuestros clientes estratégicos:

Analizar, diagnosticar y optimizar procesos productivos y operativos Implementar metodologías ágiles y herramientas de ingeniería industrial (Lean, Six Sigma, VSM) Desarrollar dashboards y reportes analíticos en Power BI para toma de decisiones Diseñar y mapear procesos (DOP, DAP, diagramas de flujo) Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras Colaborar en proyectos multidisciplinarios con impacto medible

¿A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS?REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES:

  • Recién egresado o bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines
  • Mente analítica y habilidad natural para identificar problemas y patrones
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de ingeniería industrial: Lean Manufacturing, DOP, DAP, SIG
  • Manejo de Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, avanzado indispensable)
  • Conocimiento en Power BI para visualización de datos
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban)
