Buscamos un DevOps con mirada SRE, ingeniero pragmático y hands-on cuya prioridad sea diseñar, documentar, gobernar e implementar políticas DevOps corporativas. Más allá de construir pipelines, necesitamos a alguien que establezca reglas, estándares y controles (versionado, branching, despliegues, seguridad, gestión de artefactos y métricas) y que lidere un assessment para elevar la madurez DevOps de la organización.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Realizar un assessment integral de las prácticas DevOps actuales y entregar informe con hallazgos y roadmap de políticas.
  • Identificar y formalizar políticas claves: control de versiones, code review, despliegues, acceso y seguridad.
  • Definir o revisar la estrategia de ramas (Gitflow, trunk-based, feature branches) y reglas de merge, naming y convenciones.
  • Diseñar y gobernar la gestión de artefactos (Nexus, Artifactory, Azure Artifacts): versionado, retención y promoción de artefactos.
  • Implantar prácticas de seguridad en el ciclo de vida de desarrollo (Security by Design): SCA, SAST, DAST, protección de secretos, hardening en pipelines.
  • Estandarizar y parametrizar pipelines CI/CD: stages claros (build, test, deploy), quality gates, aprobaciones y rollback.
  • Construir pipelines de ejemplo y plantillas reutilizables (Jenkinsfile, YAML en Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions o GitLab CI).
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, QA y operaciones para mejorar indicadores DevSecOps (lead time, MTTR, frecuencia de despliegue).
  • Resolver incidentes de complejidad intermedia en toolchain DevSecOps y proponer mejoras.
  • Capacitar equipos y documentar políticas, playbooks y runbooks.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Experiencia total: mínimo 10 años en TI y 6 a 8 años con foco en DevOps, CI/CD o SRE.
  • Experiencia comprobada en diseño e implementación de políticas DevOps y gobernanza de pipelines.
  • Experiencia práctica con Kubernetes y despliegue de microservicios.
  • Sólido manejo de herramientas CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Bitbucket).
  • Conocimientos en IaC y orquestación (Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi, ARM, CloudFormation, ArgoCD).
  • Experiencia en prácticas de seguridad en el SDLC: SAST, SCA, DAST, escaneo de dependencias y gestión de secretos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo técnico.
  • Certificaciones deseables: DevOps Fundamentals, Cloud Fundamentals (Azure, AWS o GCP).

Deseable:

  • Experiencia con despliegues multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).
  • Haber diseñado estrategias de branching y políticas de merges en organizaciones medianas o grandes.
  • Experiencia con observabilidad y monitoreo (ELK, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic).
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de seguridad en pipelines (Anchore, Fortify, Trivy, etc.).
