HEY We are looking for a Handbook Coordintator to join a US company
Jornada Laboral, de lunes a viernes de 8am a 6pm.
Es un trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas en San Isidro, Lima.
La modalidad de contratacion es planilla completa bajo regimen general .
Responsabilities:
Handbook Management & Execution
● Creation and Updates: Work within the company's digital handbook builder program (Mineral) to create new employee handbooks or update existing ones for a diverse client base.
● Client Communication: Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to communicate with clients regarding policy changes, modifications, and legal guidance on handbook content.
● Questionnaire Management: Manage the process of sending client handbook questionnaires, reviewing client responses, and utilizing the information to accurately build the handbook.
● Policy Development: Assist in drafting and customizing specific policies for clients, including the creation of compliant Paid Time Off (PTO) plans. Compliance and Legal Focus
● Legal Familiarity: Become proficient in United States employment laws (federal and state-specific) to provide informed guidance to clients on required, restricted, or recommended policies.
● Compliance Guidance: Advise clients on modifications needed to ensure their handbooks remain legally sound and compliant.
Administrative & Tracking
● Project Management: Manage multiple client handbooks simultaneously, tracking project progress, deadlines, and client communication efficiently.
● Case Creation & Tracking: Utilize Salesforce to create, track, and update all handbook projects, providing accurate reporting on volume and status.
System Implementation: Create necessary tech cases (tickets) to ensure the final, signed handbook is correctly uploaded into client systems for:
○ New Hire Onboarding packets.
○ Employee acknowledgments and e-signatures.
○ Client shared folders.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Required Skills & Attributes
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team correspondence.
● High level of attention to detail and accuracy in document creation and data entry.
● Ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms (e.g., Mineral, Salesforce). Preferred Experience

amiliarity with employment law principles or a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn compliance standards across multiple states.
