You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Additional job information:

Accountable for the planning and implementation of start-up activities to achieve the project's success criteria and to deliver a vertical start-up.

Generals:

  • Leads development of VSU success criteria with Project Leader
  • Leads planning & execution of CQV activities including Commissioning, Qualification and Verification Plan.

Specific:

  • Agreed Success Criteria (PQCDSM & VSU)
  • Agreed CTPs/CTQs
  • Duration of runs and products with all prerequisites defined
  • Activity Mapping Matrix for Commissioning
  • Material readiness (quantities to be used during C & Q)
  • Activity Mapping Matrix for Qualification.
  • Leads cross-functional CQV reviews following AR approval
  • Builds VSU team and accountable for developing TT&T,
  • Actively identifies and mitigates risks associated with delivering a VSU
  • Accountable for leading the Expert Delivery Team
  • Ensures AM & PM readiness for the project
  • Ensures Spares Parts strategy is developed and implemented
  • Plan the resources required to Plan, Prepare and Execute the Start-up of the Operation, adhering to the planned costs and estimated delivery times.
  • Lead development and preparation of the Operation Startup Plan (People, Materials, Process, Equipment)
  • Ensure safe by design project to ensure safety of workers and operators during implementation (Safety Management Plan)
  • Engage factory team in the project (AM, PM, HSE, QM, E&T Pillars)
  • Define user requirements specifications and TPM characteristics of the operating units and support project design, easy to clean, lubricate, optimum changeover times.
  • Develop Manufacturing Flow
  • Participation of the IIM pillar
  • Lead the governance of the VSU team
