Role Overview

The
Talent Enablement Lead
for Peru is responsible for ensuring that every talent presented to customers meets the highest standards of readiness, quality, and alignment. This role bridges marketplace supply and customer demand — enabling top-tier talent to succeed through structured preparation, assessment, and match optimization.

The Lead will
own and deliver on Talent Matching and Enablement KPIs
, shortlisting and qualifying candidates through mock interviews and structured evaluations to maximize
Initial Match Quality (IMQ)
. They will design proactive enablement frameworks that prepare talent ahead of projected demand, ensuring a steady pipeline of client-ready candidates.

Acting as the
liaison between talent and commercial teams
, the Talent Enablement Lead will coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and timelines to ensure seamless alignment and delivery on SLAs. The role also drives continuous improvement — integrating feedback from clients and internal teams to refine enablement strategies and strengthen match outcomes over time.

Ultimately, this position is the
quality engine of the talent marketplace
— ensuring that every match is accurate, every talent is prepared, and every customer experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shortlist the best matching talents from the pool against the customer demand
  • Schedule, run & lead qualifying (mock) interviews with the talents to ensure Best Initial Match Quality
  • Lead initiatives to improve the talent matching process
  • Build a proactive mechanism of enabling talents for the projected demand/jobs
  • Owning Talent Matching and Enablement as core KPIs
  • Strategically assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with the most suitable opportunities
  • Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications
  • Delivering on the aligned cross-functional SLAs
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and continuously refine the process

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience and background in Sales operations & service delivery
  • Excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management
  • Experience in Product Support functions at tech companies
  • Experience in coaching & enabling supply for the product
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • Background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
