El Turbo Commercial Manager es responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial, crecimiento rentable y ejecución de iniciativas que maximicen volumen y margen de nuestra operación. Deberá gestionar el portafolio de categorías, relaciones con proveedores, pricing, promociones, rentabilidad y expansión del negocio, asegurando una operación sostenible y competitiva. Es un rol clave para el crecimiento y sostenibilidad de la vertical.
Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De
Responsabilidades principales
- Definir, implementar y optimizar la estrategia comercial, con foco en crecimiento sostenible y rentabilidad.
- Liderar la planificación de ventas, márgenes, pricing, promociones y mix de categorías.
- Gestionar negociaciones clave con partners y proveedores para asegurar condiciones competitivas, co-inversiones y disponibilidad.
- Analizar resultados de ventas, elasticidad, CPID, AOV y demás KPIs para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Trabajar con Supply Chain para mejorar forecast, rotación, quiebres y eficiencia de inventarios.
- Colaborar con Marketing en la ejecución de campañas de adquisición, retención y crecimiento incremental.
- Construir business cases para nuevas iniciativas, categorías o tiendas, incluyendo modelos financieros y proyecciones de ROI.
- Supervisar el desempeño del portafolio (alta y baja rotación), identificando oportunidades de racionalización o expansión.
- Liderar reportes semanales/mensuales de KPIs comerciales, insights y planes de acción.
- Mantener un entendimiento profundo del mercado, competencia, tendencias de consumo y comportamiento del shopper.
