Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst will perform the transformation of post‑sales operations through advanced data analysis and business intelligence solutions.

This role is key function to designing scalable data architectures, developing interactive dashboards, and implementing automation that enhances efficiency and enables strategic, data‑driven decision making across the automotive business.

Key Accountabilities

Data Architecture & Integrity: Design, implement, and maintain robust data structures ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
Dashboard Development: Build and evolve interactive dashboards using QlikSense, Power BI, and other BI tools to translate business requirements into impactful visualizations.
Process Automation: Identify repetitive data processing tasks and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and accelerate reporting.
Application Support & Optimization: Provide technical support for BI applications, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Exploratory Analytics: Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, delivering comprehensive reports and executive‑level presentations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align BI solutions with strategic objectives, and deliver training to enhance adoption of BI tools.

Candidate Profile

Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Commercial acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business priorities.
Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technical expertise in Excel, Power BI, QlikSense, and other BI platforms.
Intermediate English proficiency desirable for handling international documentation and reporting.
