Chapter Lead Product and Service Design
.

Funciones:

  • Impulsar la excelencia en diseño digital:
    Elevar la calidad de las experiencias en nuestros canales digitales mediante el uso estratégico del Design System, promoviendo su evolución constante.
  • Diseñar la estrategia del Chapter:
    Definir y ejecutar el roadmap anual, alineado con los objetivos del negocio y las tendencias del mercado, para maximizar el impacto del diseño en la organización.
  • Explorar nuevas tecnologías:
    Mantenerse actualizado en herramientas emergentes (IA, UX Analytics, etc.) y evaluar su aplicabilidad para optimizar procesos y servicios.
  • Fomentar la colaboración transversal:
    Coordinar con Tribes Lead, Product Owners y Agile Coaches para asegurar la coherencia y calidad en la entrega de soluciones digitales.
  • Desarrollar talento y cultura de mejora continua:
    Acompañar el crecimiento profesional de los miembros del Chapter.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Diseño Industrial, Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación, Ingeniería o afines.
  • Experiencia de 4 años en roles de
    Product Design lead o UI lead
    .
  • Experiencia en la
    implementación de Design Systems
    (Excluyente)
  • Contar con sólidos conocimientos de la capa UI, y diseño estratégico.
  • Perfil analítico con conocimiento de métricas de
    Diseño de producto, e Investigación cualitativa.
