Deine Aufgaben

Für unsere Niederlassung in Peru und unsere Tochter in Chile suchen wir einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d), der unsere Mitarbeitenden in beiden Ländern unterstützt und die HR-Prozesse lokal betreut.
  • Betreuung und Beratung der Kollegen in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des peruanischen und/oder chilenischen Arbeitsrechts
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Life Cycle: Recruiting, Onboarding, Entwicklungsmaßnahmen, Offboarding
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der HR-Prozesse für die Niederlassungen in Peru und Chile
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HMF Germany
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Payroll (Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsverträgen, Richtlinien und HR-Dokumentationen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und Organisationsentwicklung


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner oder Personalreferent in Peru oder Chile
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des lokalen Arbeitsrechts (peruanisch oder chilenisch; idealerweise beides)
  • Erfahrung in internationalen oder mehrsprachigen Unternehmen von Vorteil
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Beratungsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Spanischkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil
