Accounting and Finance Intern

Location: Lima Perú

Job Summary

As Accounting and Finance Intern, you will join our Finance team In this role, you will report to Treasury and Accounting Supervisor and will have the opportunity to Support in all processes in the Accounting, Finance and Administration areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices in the Individual Payment Receipt Inquiry – SUNAT (National Superintendency of Tax Administration)
• Prepare the physical supporting documents for the monthly Purchase Register
• Prepare the monthly Purchase Register Excel file
• Accounting close: Update all relevant files to make monthly accruals
• Register invoices
• Prepare payment proposals
• Process payment offsets
• Validate invoices on the SUNAT website
• Monitor daily bank balances
• Process collection offsets
• Prepare accounting analyses (preliminary status reports)
• Prepare expense accrual reports
• Reverse accruals when invoices arrive
• Other activities required by the Accounting, Finance, and/or Administration departments.

Others

• Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy.
• Comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

• Students of the 7th cycle or more in Accounting.
• Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated. (Not essential)
• Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced)
• Management to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills
• Good skills to work in high performance teams.
