is creating a senior Group-level expert role to strengthen its global expertise in industrial standards covering mechanical, pressure and electrical systems across Europe, North America and South America.

We are seeking a
Standardisation Engineer, a
Group-level expert role, administratively based within TPSA (Lima, Peru), and reporting hierarchically to the Group R&D Manager.

The position contributes transversally across the Group, providing expertise in standards, regulatory frameworks, safety and Group R&D activities.

From a functional perspective, the role benefits from local technical support and mentoring, ensuring design coherence and technical alignment with industrial constraints, while maintaining a strong Group-level scope.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse and interpret international standards (ASME, DESP, IEC, IEEE, ISO).
  • Act as a reference expert supporting Group R&D, engineering and project teams.
  • Lead regulatory surveillance and communicate global updates.
  • Train internal teams and support project and commercial activities.
  • Participate in international technical committees and working groups.

PROFILE

  • Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, materials, energy or similar).
  • 8+ years in standardisation, certification, industrial compliance or inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC and DESP 2014/68/EU.
  • Solid understanding of IEC / IEEE standards.
  • Experience in power transformers or energy systems is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, analytical capability and multicultural adaptability.
  • Position based in Lima (Peru), with Group-wide responsibilities and international exposure.
