Objetivo del puesto:
Diseñar, implementar y optimizar el modelo de negocio y propuesta de valor de los productos comercializados por canal bancaseguros, cubriendo las necesidades de los clientes de forma innovadora, creando estrategias competitivas de comercialización y fidelización con enfoque ágil, buscando nuevas oportunidades basándose en información y maximizando el retorno a la compañía.

Funciones:

  • Diseño y gestión de la propuesa de valor de los productos comercializados por canal bancaseguros. Liderar la definición, evolución, asegurar que sea clara y medible
  • Traducir la propuesta de valor en journey cliente end to end: venta, onboarding, activación, post venta y fidelización
  • Implementación y adopción de la propuesta de valor en los canales. Coordinar con equipos internos y socios externos para garantizar consistencia en la experiencia y ejecución
  • Definir la experiencia digital y mejora continua de plataformas digitales (web, landing, flujos de onboarding, etc) y sistemas CRM tanto de Rimac como de los socios
  • Diseñar y ejecutar campañas omnicanal (email, whastapp, push, etc) alineadas a cada etapa del ciclo de vida del cliente
  • Diseñar programas de fidelización orientados a incrementar la persistencia de los productos reduciendo el chrun y mejorando el NPS
  • Analizar métricas claves y diseñar iniciativas, comunicaciones, campañas entre otros para mejorar su performance cuidando la rentabilidad target de los productos y engranando la gestión de riesgos y normativa vigente

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Marketing, Ing. Industrial, Administración o carreras afines
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en propuesta de valor, CRM y automatización, marketing digital o producto en sector banca y seguros
  • Deseable especialización en marketing digital, analíticas digital, uso plataformas CRM
  • Manejo avanzado de Power BI y Data studio
  • Deseable conocimientos en SQL Server y GCP
