Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Miraflores for a Tour Guide. The Tour Guide will lead guided tours, provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with travelers, share historical and cultural information about the destinations, and promote sales of tour packages and related services. The Tour Guide will engage travelers, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and sharing historical and cultural knowledge
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to promote and contribute to Sales of tour packages and services
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for travelers
• Studies in tourism or currently studying toursim
