Supervisar y entrenar al equipo de BDRs asignado por la Gerencia de Ventas, con el ojetivo de alcanzar las metas establecidas, detectando oportunidades de mejora y generando planes de acción para asegurar la correcta ejecución en el mercado, así como el desarrollo comercial de los clientes; alineado a las prioridades estratégicas establecidas por la VP de Ventas.Ejecutar las actividades relacionadas al Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 y HACCP) a fin de garantizar su consolidación de acuerdo a los objetivos de la organización.Cumplir las políticas de Globales y ser el responsable de la gestión de su equipo para lograr un trabajo con significado.
