Overview

The
Search Ads Analyst
will actively participate in the setup, execution, and optimization of
paid search campaigns
, with a strong focus on
Google Ads
for
retail and e-commerce clients
.

This role supports performance-driven strategies, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize
    Search campaigns in Google Ads
    (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Execute and optimize campaigns for
    retail / e-commerce clients
    (product-driven, sales-oriented accounts)
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , structure accounts, and manage bidding strategies
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on KPIs such as
    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily optimizations to meet performance goals
  • Analyze results and prepare performance reports using
    Excel / Google Sheets
    and reporting tools
  • Support the implementation and validation of
    conversion tracking
    (Google Tag, GA4, enhanced conversions)
  • Work closely with internal media, strategy, analytics, and e-commerce teams
  • Ensure campaigns follow
    Google Ads best practices
    and internal quality standards

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Previous experience working with retail or e-commerce accounts
    (fashion, marketplaces, consumer goods, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of
    Search Ads fundamentals
    and performance optimization
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • English level B2 or higher
