Position Overview

We're seeking a versatile professional to drive the evolution and market success of Sage, our FinOps

platform ). This role uniquely combines product ownership, technical sales, and

cross-functional collaboration to accelerate Sage's growth in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (35%)

● Own Sage product roadmap, prioritization, and feature definition

● Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable requirements

● Define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering team

● Monitor product metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

● Maintain product documentation and release communications

Technical Inside Sales (30%)

● Conduct technical discovery calls and product demonstrations

● Qualify leads and manage sales pipeline for Sage

● Articulate value proposition to prospects with varying technical sophistication

● Support proof-of-concept implementations and customer onboarding

● Collaborate with business development on pricing and packaging strategies

Marketing & Demand Generation Collaboration (15%)

● Partner with marketing and demand generation agencies in Brazil to develop go-to-market

campaigns

● Provide product expertise for content creation, case studies, and marketing materials

● Support lead generation initiatives with technical validation and messaging

● Contribute to webinars, blog posts, and thought leadership content

● Review and refine marketing materials for technical accuracy and messaging alignment

UX & Design Collaboration (10%)

● Interface with external UX agency to enhance Sage's user experience

● Translate user research and feedback into design requirements

● Review and validate design deliverables against product vision

● Ensure design consistency and usability across platform features
Engineering Collaboration (10%)

● Work closely with 4-6 person engineering team on sprint planning and delivery

● Clarify requirements and remove blockers for development team

● Participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions

● Balance feature requests with technical debt and platform stability

Required Qualifications

● 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience

● Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure

● Working knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization practices

● Demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences

● Experience with technical sales or presales engineering

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

● AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner, or similar)

● FinOps Certified Practitioner

● Experience with SaaS product management

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

● Previous experience working with distributed teams

● Experience collaborating with marketing agencies or leading product marketing initiatives

● Spanish language skills
