Nursing CE Central is a fast-growing U.S. online education company doing over $10M in annual revenue, built by an entrepreneur who scaled the business from zero and values execution over theory.

We are launching a formal, paid Marketing Training Program in Lima to develop the next generation of high-performing marketing specialists. This is not a typical entry-level job. This is a structured, high-intensity program designed to turn driven individuals into real operators.

The Program Details:

-3–6 months of paid, in-house marketing training

-Training salary: S/ 6,000 per month

-Post-training salary: S/ 6,750 per month, with clear advancement opportunities

-Formal instruction + real execution on a live U.S. business

-Promotion and specialization based on performance, not tenure

What You'll Learn & Do:

-You will be trained across all major aspects of performance-driven online marketing, including:

-SEO (technical, on-page, content strategy)

-Paid advertising (Google, Meta, Bing)

-Email & lifecycle marketing

-Funnels & conversion optimization

A/B testing

-Branding & messaging

-Performance tracking & Google Analytics

-Marketing budget accountability

-Cross-team collaboration with U.S.-based leadership

This is hands-on work. You will not just "learn" marketing -you will execute it.

Work Environment:

-In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

-Office located in Miraflores, Lima

-Paid transportation

-Paid lunches

-All equipment provided

-Fluent English required (spoken, written, and reading)

-All work and communication is conducted in English

After successful completion of the paid training you will work as a marketing specialist for Nursing CE Central at our Lima location in Miraflores. Your salary will be upgraded along with your responsibilities.
