Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented,
Bilingual Accountant
to join our team at our
San Isidro office
. In this role, you will manage financial operations for US-based clients, ensuring compliance with international standards and providing strategic insights to support their growth.

Requirements

  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes (AP/AR, financial statements, and payroll) for US entities
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international accounting standards
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements
  • Communicate directly with US clients and stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries
  • Support audit processes and tax compliance requirements
  • Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices

*Required Qualifications*

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Language: Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or outsourcing setting
  • Software: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Availability: Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to US time zones/schedules (48-hour work week)
