El Operations Specialist es responsable de brindar soporte en el procesamiento, seguimiento y actualización de las órdenes de compra con proveedores locales y del exterior, estando alineado con el departamento comercial y/o con los demás departamentos vinculados, con el fin de satisfacer la demanda generada en tiempo y forma, y cumpliendo con las políticas de la empresa.

  • Coordinar las órdenes que entran del Departamento de Ventas y crear órdenes de compra para enviar a proveedores.
  • Controlar los costos y márgenes de todas las órdenes de venta.
  • Participar en los entrenamientos referentes al procesamiento de órdenes de proveedores nuevos y mantenerse actualizado en los procesamientos de los ya existentes (todas las marcas).
  • Cumplir con la rutina de entrenamientos cruzados en todas las tareas del departamento de Operaciones.
  • Participar de las reuniones organizadas por el equipo de operaciones.
  • Mantener un servicio de calidad estableciendo y reforzando los estándares de la organización.
  • Recepción y envío de confirmación de órdenes a nuestros clientes.
  • Gestionar reclamos con proveedores.
  • Mantener una comunicación abierta y efectiva con el departamento comercial para dar seguimiento al progreso de las órdenes.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los proveedores para asegurar el procesamiento correcto de las órdenes de compra.
  • Realizar la facturación de los intangibles (en caso de no ser la persona asignada para facturar debe entrenarse y mantenerse actualizado en el proceso).
  • Control de inventario.
  • Creación de SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) - Unidad de Mantenimiento de Inventario.
  • Nota: La posición en formación puede realizar otros proyectos o tareas diversas según lo solicitado o asignado.

Requisitos

  • Universitario/a o Graduado/a de Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Logística, Despachante de Aduanas o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Contar como mínimo con 2 años de experiencia en el área de Logística, Gestión de Pedidos o Administración.
  • Microsoft Excel – Nivel Avanzado (excluyente) Windows y Microsoft Office Intermedio
  • ERPs (Preferentemente)
