We're looking for a Senior Customer Care Executive to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do
In this role, you´ll:
- Act as the crucial link between our Brazilian front office agents and internal teams.
- Tackle complex cases head-on, providing sharp, hands-on support to the front line.
- Validate escalations and guarantee crisp, top-notch responses every time.
- Keep your eyes on operations, spotting risks and anticipating incidents before they hit.
- Lead impactful workshops and mentor new agents to bring out their warrior spirit.
- Ensure escalations to other areas are managed with precision and speed.
- Stand side-by-side with the front line, making sure every interaction meets BetWarrior's high-energy quality standards.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or back office — you know how to handle the pressure.
- Native Portuguese (non-negotiable) and at least intermediate Spanish
- A sharp analytical mind, obsession with quality, and hunger for continuous improvement.
- Proactivity, empathy, and the drive to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where no two days are the same.
